First Steps
Right after the account is created, there are a few thing you want to do right of the bat.
- Add your first custom email template
- Make new email connection
- Install Google Chrome Extension
Custom email template
In order to optimize email communication, it is recommended to establish a new email template. To begin, proceed to the Templates page and select the +Add New button.
Upon reaching the subsequent page, commence from the top.
Add Subject: This section pertains to the email subject line.
Add Body: This area should contain the main body of the email.
Utilize variables: Personalize the email content by incorporating dynamic variables that will be automatically updated with data from the selected source.
For example, this text:
"Hi {{company}}, I would like to get more information for the load available on {{avail}}, from {{origin}} to {{dest}}. Can you please tell me if we can get better rate than {{rate}}? "
Will be dynamically translated to:
"Hi Flying Cat, I would like to get more information for the load available on 4/28, from Dallas, TX to San Francisco. Can you please tell me if we can get better rate than $1800?"
With the customized email template created, you are now prepared to proceed to the next necessary step:

Understanding the Enhanced Safe Browsing Message
When installing the Click2Load extension, you might see a message stating "This extension is not trusted by Enhanced Safe Browsing."
The message appears because our developer account and the Click2Load extension are relatively new on the Google Web Store. Google's Enhanced Safe Browsing provides extra protection by warning users about new apps or extensions that haven't established a track record of reliability yet. This is a standard process for new entries in the Web Store and is designed to protect users.
Over the next few months, as more users engage with our extension and no security issues are reported, Google will automatically reassess and recognize the credibility of our extension. This recognition will occur as part of Google’s continuous scanning and vetting process, which helps ensure the safety and security of extensions published in the Web Store.
