Eligibility for a Full Refund


If you cancel your account and have not used our services since the latest charge, we are pleased to offer a full refund for that last amount charged. This policy is aimed at ensuring that if you have not benefited from our services during the current billing period, you should not have to pay for it.


Prorated Refunds


For customers who have paid for a subscription annually in advance, the refund process is slightly different:


  • We will first convert the used months to the equivalent monthly plan prices.
  • Any remaining funds after this adjustment will be refunded back to you.

  • 2 business days are necessary for our accounting department to process your refund request and initiate the transaction.
